INFRASTRUCTURE
The Ranpur, Kota is very well developed in respect to the infrastructure the availability of power is one among the best in Country, the ground water level is very good, Kota is connected to National Highway No. 12, the availability of transportation is very good and the skilled and economical labors are available.
The location does not have any Flood and Earth Quake history and very much suitable for industries.
Plant Location
The project has established at Kuber Industrial Area Ranpur, Kota, where no other industry as similar type is working. All infrastructural facilities, skilled labour are available.
Electrical Power
Kota is one of the few cities in the country where sufficient power on comparatively lower rate available. Power is adequately available from JVVNL Rajasthan. Power connection of 5000 KVA has already been obtained.
Water Source & Supply
The water requirement in the project is mainly for cooling tower and machinery the rolls & circulation of water on rolls stand during production process and for human consumption etc. Requiremnet of water for plant shall be met from own tube well.
Proximity to the Market
The finished goods can easily sold in the nearby market like Jaipur, Ajmer, Jodhpur, Udaipur and nearby cities of Kota. the company shall also sell its products out of Rajasthan also and there is huge demand of the finished goods and looking to that the promoters are very much confident for marketing of the product.
Raw Material Procurement
Main raw material is Iron Scrap. Iron Scrap is fulfilling from the market of Hadoti Region ( Baran, Kota, Bundi, Jhalawar, Jaipur, Kolkata & Bhav Nagar etc.) which are with in the range of 75 to 100 Kms. from the existing factory site and have an aggregate availability of more than 125 Tons Per Day easily available at Kota.
Transportation System
The unit shall enjoy the proximity to transportation facilities because it is situated at National Highway No. 12.
